for reference i'm 16 im homeschooled and the most i can work is 20 hours a week. this being said i work in a greenhouse thats apart of a much larger garden shop. im one of two people in the greenhouse. me and my co worker arent even there on the same day 2/3 times. what do i do? i know i cant expect much money because im so young but i carry that shit on my back and if you say your'e going to pay me 10$ an hour then pay me 10$ an hour. also what kind of “raise” is one dollar?
