A future I’m excited for

So this is my first post here. And honestly I really just wanted to share my thoughts on the topic. As the title says I am very excited for the future. A future that's actually gonna be in our lifetime. A future that is based around automation. We've all heard about how both AI and robots in general replace jobs today and such. Thing is that this will continue, like it or not this is the future. And because of that mankind has to change. And we will.

There comes a point where robots and other machines will do a better job than any other human at everything. All comes down to AI again. AI that truly can learn and get smarter.

This will happen in our lifetime seeing as technology keeps improving faster and faster. And when this does happen my view is that humans now free from “normal” job requirements will have to find a new purpose.

This future is something that makes it so everyone can actually survive without slaving away for more than half of their life. The possibilities of what our new search for purpose ends up in is anyone's guess. Maybe we just try to live life in ways we enjoy? Maybe some wanna explore nature or some wanna stay at home. It's a choice in the end.

This is coming from someone who doesn't like the idea of working to somewhere around 65 years of age to supposedly live life. I mean when I'm that old it doesn't matter how much money I have. I'm too old to live life the way I want to.
