call center job has begun issuing write up when you go over 30 minutes on break and if you split your breaks throughout the day up, i feel like i know the answer but is this really legal? lot of girls have walked out crying lately since this change cause you can’t put a set schedule on menstrual issues… whether it’s staining themselves or having to leave early to go use the restroom because if we go over 30 minutes documentation ensues and you basically only have 3 chances and then you’re walked out , i’m in texas if that makes a difference
