I've been lurking on this sub for a while and I ended up wondering how do you know if a company care for their employees. I'm in university and I will be looking for job in the future and I want to (if possible) avoid a workplace that doesn't threat their employees with respect since I saw so many people in this sub dealing with these kind of situation.
