I'm a single mom and I almost walked out today. I love my job, but one of my coworkers makes it difficult sometimes. My boss is great, except for the fact that he doesn't like to get involved in disputes. There are only 3 of us employed by him and he wants us to hash it out like adults. Normally this is fine, but I legit got so bad today I slammed my mouse on my desk and went outside to avoid saying a lot of very ugly things.
If it weren't for the fact that I can't afford to not have a job, I would have walked out right then and there. I would have text my boss and told him I was never coming back (he was already gone for the day).
I'm at the point where I'd rather work in retail again if it can pay my bills.
