So I don't know if this is the right sub to post this question, but my co-worker always seems to call off last minute from work on Sundays. Anyways he did it again today, he told me personally he said he spoke to somebody about calling off and that's it. So I call the scheduling manager to see what's going to happen no answer so next I call HR spoke to somone who was once in charge but still haven't gotten any response. Anyways my point is can I get in trouble for abandoning work, since they have not reached back out to me at all I've been the one calling them?
