Should I give a 2 week notice? I feel bad but I hate this place. I've been yelled at and humiliated in front of everyone too many times and the pay isn't even worth the abuse since it's shit too. I'm kinda scared what my bipolar boss will do if he finds out I gave my 2 week notice. I'm a female and not confrontational, he also buys me things like flowers and coffee gift cards I think to make up for him being a dick to me. So I'm like he's nice one minute and then another I'm like fuck him and this place. So I kinda wanna resign effective immediately. They'll be screwed cause every week someone quits or gets fired since I've started here. And my boss will be literally the only one left at our department. It's me and him now, there was a 3rd but she transfered to another department last week.
