Genuine questions from an outsider of the subreddit

So I am not part of this subreddit, just found out about it recently. The subreddit idea is definitely interesting, but I have some questions on its ambitions and ideology since it's an objectively ambitious concept. Please don't take this as trolling or me wanting to start a fight, I'm just genuinely curious. Here are the questions: 1) In a society where hypothetically it's not mandatory to work in order to live a normal life, how would working be incentivized? How would people be encouraged to go to school, or learn how to do a job correctly? 2) Do you think there are some jobs that are just too important for humanity to not be considered as “optional”? So I am not part of this subreddit, just found out about it recently. The subreddit idea is definitely interesting, but I have some questions on its ambitions and ideology since it's an objectively ambitious concept. Please don't take this as trolling or me wanting to start a fight, I'm just genuinely curious. Here are the questions:

1) In a society where hypothetically it's not mandatory to work in order to live a normal life, how would working be incentivized? How would people be encouraged to go to school, or learn how to do a job correctly?

2) Do you think there are some jobs that are just too important for humanity to not be considered as “optional”? (aka manutention jobs for high risk nuclear reactors, or even more simple things like farming)

3) Even if working is somehow incentivized and people out of pure passion and collective spirit still somewhat work, it's pretty obvious that productivity would still fall, right?

4) Do you think your ideology can be realistically implemented in today's society?

5) While getting rich is hard, pretty much anyone who has the skills to do it can give it a shot. After all, most people of today's elite are self-made or at most have parents or ancestors who worked hard to get where they are, so why blame them?

6) What do you think people would realistically do with their time if they didn't work?
