First off, this isn’t me but a friend that had this happen to her.
She works at a bank in the west and is accused of stealing money ($20). The thing is she didn’t steal it and they can’t prove she did (the security cameras are inconclusive). However, the customer that is accusing her of stealing money is adamant that she did and has made multiple fusses about it. So her work has taken the side of the accuser and is tanking her compliance (from “exceeds expectations” to “does not meet expectations”)which means she will not get her quarterly or end of year raises. What can she do to fight this or is she SOL?
