Fast paced environment. Must be able to multitask.
Think about how it would feel to actually multitask in a fast paced environment. Picture it. Imagine the effect it would have on the quality of your assigned responsibilities.
And then the Overlord wants to know why your words sucks; the Overlord then puts you on a PIP for some failing that you cant get any better at so you're perpetually set up to fail. And of course you don't deserve a raise because you failed to meet the requirements of your PIP.
I sure hope the people who service the jet I'm flying aren't required to multitask.
