So recently I've started noticing that my boss/the owner of the company has been smelling a bit like alcohol, like him and his breath. It's only been a couple of times but it's made me question his ability to run everything and how it's affecting the company. I know a lot of people drink on the clock and some people smoke weed on breaks as well. Oh and the fact that we've been hitting record numbers recently, like January of 2022 was one of the best that the has seen and people are getting “raises”. Yeah, an extra $85 dollars a week is what one welder got. I haven't even gotten one yet, but I'll wait.
Should I say something or should I book it? I'm only 20 so I don't have to much experience. This is only my second job and I've been at the company for about 15 months and full time for like 2-3. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
