Leaving a great company

I've worked at the company I'm currently at for a year and a half, and it's a very good place to work. My only complaint is that I'm not paid what I feel I'm worth, and unfortunately, they aren't in a position to pay me that either. Long story short, I applied for a position with another company making about $30,000 more per year, and got offered the position. I know this may sound ludicrous, but, I really don't know how to tell my current employer. I really really enjoy my current job, and the company is really great, I just can't pass up the huge raise, and this is a position I've been wanting for a while….
