Two months ago my parents bought plane tickets to come visit me and my family. Once they found the flights and times that worked for them , I then put in my PTO request.
Well, next week im due to take this vacation and it hasn't been approved. I asked about it and was told that someone already requested those dates and unless I find coverage the request will be denied…..
Wtf do I do? My family's coming and my work is denning my request at the last possible moment.
They said my parents should have scheduled there vacation around my PTO availability…..
