Im posting here because my shift is in 4 hours and I think I'm done. I just wanted to hear others that have quit a similar situation. Context, I'm 19, I've been working for about 6-7 months at this current job. It's a part time preloader position at UPS it's a very labor intensive job. I work about 4 hours a day. The management makes the job horrible, I was on layoff for a week last week without any notice other than receiving a text of my schedule. We keep getting pushed to work harder and faster because of corporate saying we are not meeting the numbers we should be hitting. I'm under stress quite often from management everyday and hurting my body in the process. I'm barely getting paid over minimum wage in my area. Only 90 cents I just can't take it anymore.
