So our team lead comes out of the office and starts calling one of the new employees stupid because she doesn't know the product yet. I said relax, she's new and she's still learning. He tells me to worry about myself(terrible thought process for a team leader). So we go to pull an order and as we are doing so he asks me a question about the product and I respond and call him stupid for asking(giving him a taste of his own medicine). He didn't like me calling him stupid and said he won't tell me again to not talk to him like that and I wouldn't like what happens if I do it again(sounded very physical threatening at the time). And I just told him to stop calling people names and dodging the blame for things that are his fault(he hit a garage door and blamed a guy when was in the vicinity, among other things). Later on that day he found a sticky note that said “if your reading this your gay”…he immediately blamed me for it(everyone at my job is immature except me, I'm there to do my job). The guy has told me he doesn't tell the managers anything but always runs to the office to tell them things, true or not. He has been convicted of 50 counts of identity theft, fraud, vehicle theft, forgery, and drug-related crimes. He was apart of a 5 member crew and we believe he threw his crew under the bus to lighten his sentence. He seems to be manipulative and only tells his side of the story when he runs to tell someone an incident that happened. He's always talking about eating ass and inappropriate comments about the women in the office(the other guys do the same), I told him he should just stop and he responds and tells me he can't stop because you can't change how the guys talk. I said you can by not engaging when they started talking like that. Going back in today…hopefully it's a better day today.
Thanks for reading, I had to get it off my chest.
