So, basically the title says it all, I work part time as an accounts receivable person, a two person department, the other is a full time worker, who has been there for 8years, I have been here for two months. I do my work well and fast, I don't chit chat with co workers/leave my office room, so I was on my phone today and a higher up/nepo baby, the owner's grandkid who works there came in this afternoon and spoke to me, which he never does, asking if I “have enough to do” like.. I'm assuming someone saw me in my phone and told on me. I'm pissed, I get to work early, do my job, clokc out, done. Side note, neobaby comes in late, brings his dog and is constantly socializing and doesn't do much, from what I've seen.
I'm mad and annoyed basically did all my work for the week and. .. It's only monday.
I work 9-2 mon-fri.
How do I make it look like I'm busy all the time? Why did I get spoken to basically? 🙁
