Health Care for the Pyramid Builders

I don’t understand why our modern day pharaohs refuse to invest in the the health care system. Even soulless sociopaths should realize it’s in their best interest to keep the slaves in tiptop shape so we can keep making pyramids for them. They’re all upset over quiet quitting, but illness costs employers billions in lost productivity every year, and hiring and training a skilled replacement might actually be more expensive than just paying for someone’s surgery one time. Especially with this new “7 rounds of interviews” trend, where you have to interview with the CEO before you can become a janitor. I don’t expect emotionally-stunted supervillains to care about any of us, but it’s in their best interest to keep us working, and at this point it seems like they’re just shooting themselves in the foot.
