I’m tired of having my orders messed up because of company unwillingness to treat their employees fairly

You order a meal or a package and it’s half damaged dumped and the person forgets to ring your doorbell. Are they irresponsible? No, the company is timing them now for some reason. Sorry I couldn’t write a whole post but just something that pisses me off. They aren’t being fair to their employees
