I work at a company that has a rewards program, and they tell everybody that's hired here to ask every customer straight away if they would like to sign up.
Not a huge deal, I was fine with that.
I've been working here about a month now, and want to quit because of how absolutely ridiculous they are with the rewards program. I'll be only 2 hours into a shift and they will already be telling me I'm not getting enough people signed up. Just today I was 3 hours in and they congratulated me for how many sign-ups I've been getting today. I don't mind asking people to sign up, but when they're stalking my register by the hour it gets ridiculous and tiring.
