How do you guys deal with “cliques” at work? I've got this small group of like 5 or 6 people who talk shit behind everyone else's back and show clear favouritism to one another and if they don't like you, you'll effectively be outcast from any sort of banter or fun. I just feel like I can't really report it because technically they're not doing anything wrong because they get the job done and don't really break any bullying or OHS rules It just feels shitty
