Those 12 hours are ineterrupted and he don't get to have break for lunch, he has to lunch on work and if a customer appears he has to stop eating to attend the customer, he gets a minimum wage and in my country the maximum amount of time you expend on work for a minimum wage should be 6 to 8 hours According to the law. But since we live in a small city at the north west of the country people usually don't follow strictly the laws and this kind of exploitation is pretty comum especially among the young who are unexperienced. I just feel so fucking bad that he gets almost no time to himself, he don't even have time to study and get the job he wants, we were talking other day and he said the job is to exhausting and if he is going to study and start a better career he will have to quit his job to focus on studies, i told him to save as much as he could from his salary and then focusing on his studies or maybe move back to his mom's ou grandma's house so he doesn't have to expend on housing and food.
This kind of exploitation should not be tolerated and is so fucking comum where i live. Fuck capitalism and fuck those selfish employers around the world!
