Verbally attacked on multiple occasions by a colleague

I’ve been with my current company for almost 10 years in customer facing roles working with our sales teams. For the third time since November, I’ve been on a call with a colleague in sales who has absolutely lost it towards me; screaming, telling me I’m not doing my job (he has no idea what my job involves to speak on it), belittling me in every way. My manager and his manager have been on these calls and no one has stopped him. It’s gotten to the point where every single day I wake up with anxiety knowing I have to log in. Sleep has not been a friend either. I want to report this to HR but we all know HR isn’t actually about protecting the humans that work there. I’m sure if I do, I will be labeled an emotional person who needs thicker skin. I tried job…
