We are as stupid as the rest of the world thinks we are.

1. They won’t pay you a livable wage at the cost of record profits.

2. They will instantly fire you when you give your notice regardless of years of service.

3. They will demand you work extra/insane hours to accommodate lack of workers or they will reduce your hours until you quit.

4. They will require you to do the work of multiple people instead of hiring help or giving you a raise/promotion.

5. They will cancel your time off or require you to be available even when on holiday.

6. They will fail to adequately pay you for work done for entire pay periods.

7. They will fire you upon finding out you are looking elsewhere for work.

8. They will hire new employees at a higher salary point than yours regardless of years of service.

We know all of this. Nothing has changed. We are over 2 million strong just in here with a majority of the sub residing in America. What are we going to do about it? Venting online will do nothing but offer you the knowledge that your suffering is widespread and common. Countries across the world have staged walkouts. Strikes across industries. What. Are. We.
