How the fuck am I supposed to make time for doctors and therapy appointments when I work so much?

It is borderline impossible to make appointments to see a doctor, a dentist, a therapist etc when you work eight hours a day five days a week. For example, I wake up at 6:00 and get to work for 7:25. I’m scheduled to work until 3:25 but I rarely get out of the building until 3:45 or later. Most doctors, dentists, therapists etc have appointments up until 5:00, but those spots are almost always filled immediately. The schedules of working people and doctors/dentists/therapists are completely at odds with each other and it’s extremely difficult to find a way to make it work. But, there’s also no good answer because if you make all those people work later into the day or on weekends, that’s taking time away from them being with their families. Just a shifty situation all around.
