I've been hired as an 'IT-support' / 'Customer support' specialist or w.e. In the two months i've been working here, i haven't done a single thing pertaining to this job description. I haven't taken care of a single ticket, or answered a single call. In stead, i've written an app for reporting/documenting, because the reporting platform was slow asf. Oh, i also made the reporting platform faster once i got in to it to fix another problem in it.
I haven't gotten an introduction to anything and this week i've worked for approximately 3 hours total, just because im waiting for my boss to have a meeting with me pertaining the migration of the internal domain controller. And yes, that's gonna be my next job apparently.
