Be wary of “and general/ other help” in job descriptions

Companies use this line as a way to make their employees work mules when the time comes. I had a job description of doing specific accounting work, but when our slow periods were around I was moving 50 pound boxes and the managers used that “general help” job description line as a crutch against me
