New phone number and I haven’t given it to my employer

Been a month and a half since I disconnected my cellphone to go with a new carrier and decided to get a new number. Told my employer that I didn't have a working line as they have tried calling my old number. Before changing numbers, my employer would constantly call me on my days off or hours before my scheduled shift and got tired of hitting ignore.

One day, at the office, my manager starts asking me to verify my phone number as he has tried getting a hold of me. He started reciting my number and I cut him off halfway and told him, “yes, that's my number”. He asks why I haven't answered when he has called as he wants to go over reports and I told him, “I don't answer my phone for work when I'm not on the clock. If you want to discuss reports, we can do it right now that I'm here in your office.” He apparently didn't get the msg as he continued doing so.

I must say, it's been really peaceful not having to be woken up at 8am for bs that doesn't pertain me or asking me to cover when I let them know during hiring that I don't fill in on my days off.

Establish hard boundaries.
