The US has become uninhabitable

Close to a decade ago, we bought a small condo at a reasonable price but my parents suffered after a car accident. After the accident, my dad became disabled, and I have been trying to find a bigger house to accommodate my father's disability for the past two years. I am not young, and I can't afford a house in the US anymore. My net worth is probably in the 80th percentile for my age group. I don't understand how 80-90% of Americans are able to survive in 2022. In 2019, I used to fill the fridge from whole foods for 200 bucks. Now, I have to spend more to buy fewer groceries from Meijers or Walmart. I need to buy a used car but used cars are no longer affordable. If groceries, gas, and houses are no longer affordable, what could the average American do? If I didn't own a condo, I wouldn't be able to afford rent anymore. I would have to spend close to 4k a month to rent a 3 bedroom. In some states, people are bidding on rent and often apartments are being rented out for an extra 10 or 20 percent of the actual price. If I want to buy a house, I have to pay in cash as well as overbid. Banks have reduced mortgages while adding a 'closing fee' which makes mortgages extremely expensive. The average American is getting screwed left and right. Everyone should leave this country to the top 1% and let them take care of themselves. Let's see how long they're going to survive.
