I just applied for another job, and feel guilty

Started my first job out of college 6 months ago. I am a manager for a large sporting event, and the workload and pay do not match. The company is toxic and I am not happy. My manager is great but she is obsessed with her job and expects us all to be. I made big improvements to the department, but I am not learning as many communication skills as I would like. I applied for a job out of state in my dream city. The organization is EXACTLY like my company (think Olympics), so I think I have a good shot. I feel guilty for applying because my current job ends in 3 months (a VERY BIG EVENT) but the pay and workload (CEO issued mandatory Sunday workdays next month) aren't worth it if I am missing out on other opportunities.
