My supervisor has 3 employees, one of them being me. Her favorite employee can legitimately do no wrong. He gets away with anything and everything, the same shit that we would get called out for. My coworkers have worked there for years, I’ve only worked there for 3 months as of tomorrow. Everyone who has had my position for the past ~2 years have quit. And one person specifically quit because of the relationship she has with my coworker, because of how unfair it was. She has such lose boundaries, she’s like best friends with him.
I really love the job. And I also really love both of my coworkers, she’s just become incredibly frustrating to deal with because of it.
Any advice other than quitting? I did put in an application somewhere today, just in case.
