I'm at a Midwest kroger and I'm being told that the 30 hours of vacation I've occurred can't be used unless I take my vacation starting at the beginning of the payweek(saturday) and I have to use the entire amount of vacation occurred unless I've been here 20 years. You're not aloud to use 2 days here and 2 days there. If I have 120 hours and want a vacation I have to use all 120 hours. Even though they have a rollover on vacation hours. Makes no sense and is super frustratingi have a concert that they have known about for months thats on Aug25th a Friday. Was trying to take Thursday and Friday off since I'm off Saturday and Sunday and I guess it's just not possible?
