How to record audio from my employers PC?

I am facing some suprious allegations of “gross misconduct” that don't begin the tickle to boundaries of gross misconduct set out by my contract with my employer, or any legal definitions of the sort. I am having some mid-management working in favour of me (so they say), but I'd like to non the less record the coming “conduct investigations” for my union's benefit. I however cannot install any software on the employer's PC. So I come here in hopes that someone might know, how might I record audio from my employers PC, such that it passes through to my headset, without informing the PC? I'll happily inform them of the recordings myself, and will not be recording customers or clients, however it's important they're (my employer) in the dark as to how to shut it down. My union reps can be there for important meetings, but the more I have…

Thank you for you time 🙂

Context if you'd like: The employer has a third party dealing with “compliance”. Part of my job involves ad verbatim scripted readings back to customers on behalf of the client. The script was read in full, but split into a separate call recording to the one reviewed by the compliance department. They refuse to accept the customer heard and understood this, despite there being a recording seconds before that they could listen to (as the call was briefly interrupted by technical issues (the customers end)). This has led to a “conduct investigation” alleging I have misled the customer on the terms of the contract. This eventuality is covered for in our training, and the necessary preamble was disclosed to allow us to proceed without repetition. Non the less the third party employed to handle compliance reviews have refused to acknowledge the disclosure on the previous call recording, and my employer has to this point accepted the third party's assessment (with the exclusion of the direct supervisor who is allegedly challenging the misconduct accusation).
