I have a derelict property that would be more valuable without the home that is on it. I recently had a chat with the local fire department and they are jumping at the opportunity to use the property as training of a real house fire.
They asked me if I wanted the be who strikes the match.
Then it got me thinking… Someone would probably pay a pretty penny to be the one striking that match. Maybe Hollywood or maybe some eccentric millionaire who's repressed their inner arsonist?
Now just to figure out how one would go about selling those rights.
