New job, not stressed, feel guilty

Guys, in March I left a stressful retail store manager job that I had for 4 years, took a paycut, and started a new job. The new job is great. It's remote, no cameras, no meetings, very easy work. But I feel guilty and I feel like I'm not reaching my potential. I make more than enough money to have a comfortable life. How has capitalism convinced me that if I'm not stressed I'm not fulfilling my potential. Stress doesn't equal success, no matter what we've been told.
