Happy Monday everyone. Same bullshit, just another week. This morning my lovely boss came in to talk to me about why I called out 2 Saturdays ago. Well I normally don’t work Saturdays but he decided to change my schedule and put me on last minute when I already had plans so fuck it why would I go in. I help my boss out all the time, come in on my days off, come in a hour early almost everyday and this man says to me “I figured the reason you called out was BS. I expect better from you and this cannot happen again” mind you I’ve been with this company for 3 years and just last week someone called out twice and nothing was said to them. At this point I just feel like I’m being taken advantage of.
