Whenever my employer pisses me off and I have to ship something for work, I’ll choose something other than the least expensive UPS option. Nothing egregious but if there’s a $19 option and a $22 option, I’m going more expensive. Feels like I’m getting a little payback. I think it's time for next day air for $100.
