Okay it's not that bad but let me explain (sorry in advance for bad grammar). So have I worked at this factory job for 2 years now and have gotten promoted 2 times that I am now a trainer and have been in this position now for a little while now like a few months. Every year this company forces overtime on us every summer when demand for the product rises this year is no different, however there have been changes to our schedules since last year. When I first started at this job we worked a rotating schedule with 12 hour shifts that went 2 days on 2 days off 3 days on and would then flip the next week, we were required 1 extra overtime day per 2 weeks which wasn't too bad but still sucked a bit. Since then our schedule has changed to Monday through Friday with 8 hour shifts which has been fine, but now we are getting shafted this summer with our mandatory overtime which is setup like this we gotta choose 2 days a week to either come in early or stay late 4 hours on top of our normal shifts which really sucks but I can barely deal with it, now the icing on the cake is they are wanting us to start working our normal shift on Saturday as well only giving us Sunday off. Honestly it's really starting to drain me out and a majority of my coworkers aswell. I would really appreciate what you guys think I should do, or should I just stop being a crybaby and tough it out till overtime stops after summer time?
