Walmart's attendance policy is ableist as all hell. You're not allowed to take unpaid sick days until you've been there for a year and have 1250 hours under your belt, and they barely give you any other sick days until you've been there a year. The chronically ill or those prone to illness (like myself) will likely get fired before then- so I quit before they had the chance. And I'm really tempted to just make a big scene and ruin shit for them, too.
