I think I’m being punished for expressing myself about general manager’s tardiness.

I have been working at this food service location for about half a year, I have built up a decent rapport with my coworkers and management. Since I started, the only two managers on duty at any given time usually arrive late. I try to be understanding, since we all seem to get along and at the end of the day nobody's perfect and shit happens right? So I was willing to look past it. The GM lives about a 15 minute walk at WORST. Team Lead lives about a 20-30 minute drive away. I live about as far away but take public transport, so my commute is roughly an hour and a half. I usually arrive roughly 25-15 minutes ahead of my shift start time due to transit schedules. I would prefer to be early than late. Once in a while, the general manager has been known to adjust…

Once in a while, the general manager has been known to adjust both their and my start time based on their ability to roll out of bed and get to work. I once arrived 15 minutes or so before my shift at 9am and they adjusted it to 9:45. According to the GM, this was due to a medical emergency the night prior. OK, I can understand that. Although I would have appreciated a heads up. I was made whole by the end of the day, so no harm, no foul. The team lead is always good at notifying me and letting me know they will adjust my time if they are running late, so I don't lose any pay since I arrived on time. Recently, The GM changed our time again from 9am to 9:30am. I had arrived around 8:45am, so I had to wait almost an hour to clock in when GM arrived. I waited to hear what the reason was this time, to find they didn't even bring it up at all. Towards the end of my shift, I asked about it and the GM tried to tell me that it was the correct scheduled time all along. Mind you, I check my schedule the day and night prior, in the morning before I leave for work and, just because I'm super anal about tardiness, I also check when I'm near work so that I can make super sure that I'm going to be on time. I made it clear to them that I was in fact sure of my schedule and I saw that it was changed around the time I arrived at work. Also, work app shows adjustments and timestamps. The GM got slightly defensive and asked me what the point was and what I was getting at. I was getting tired of being nice about it and, in fewer words, I told them I didn't think it was fair that I was getting my hours cut due to their inability to get to work on time. I said that given our respective distances and their lack of so much as a notice, I felt I should have my time adjusted. GM then says “Well, Of course I'm going to fix your time. It was always my intention to do so.” Which I accepted and thanked them. I said it wasn't clear to me and I felt if I remained silent about it, then nothing would be done about it. Not long after the conversation, GM heads to the back office and hangs out there for a while. I ended my shift as usual and headed home. I had a hunch to check my schedule for the next day, only to find adjustments made both right after our conversation and after I went home. Every one of my shifts was cut by about an hour, for the next 3 weeks. I feel this is in retaliation for my speaking up. I have also noticed since this talk last week that my GM has changed their attitude towards me. Anyone that can enlighten me as to my options would be greatly appreciated. I will also answer questions if my post was not clear enough.

TLDR, Spoke up about GM always being late and changing the schedule to make themselves on time but leaving me to wait longer to start work after I had arrived on time. GM tried gaslighting me into thinking it was correct, however I had proof otherwise. Hours are cut instantly after bringing it up. Being treated negatively since then. What do?
