I have a cyst that had to be drained, work doesnt accept doctors notes, and i am under a year so i dont qualify for FMLA. And only being there 8months i dont have any choice but to take the writes ups, because i do jot accrue time fast enough. even though i have an open wound and cannot be st work because of the kind of work i do, until i see my surgeon. And my job is going to most likely fire me after i get back.
What the hell is wrong with places that care more about people being there rather then the health of their people? Especially when it is something out of ones control
