Been working as a sales man for about 5-6 months ths, was rushed through training and bust my ass. Every tiny mistake I make im told im lucky I'm not being fired. Have the things um doing wrong, are things I was never blatantly told to or not too do. Kinda upset and disheartening that I show up bust my but make the company thousands a month in sales, get paid meh commission and get threatening with right ups and termination constantly. Should I just quit, this is ruining my mental health. Getting to the point where I would rather just get fired and collect unemployment.
