Is this a normal amount of stress?

I work a call center job and have been needing to take calls/emails from two completely different departments while the majority of my coworkers just work one. I’ve been doing for this about four months and it’s taken quite a toll on my body. I thought it was just me getting used to the work but I’m beginning to think it’ll never end. I’m black but my workplace is heavily white and IYKYK about that and the tolls that takes in you as well. I frequently throw up on my 15s, I have so much tension in my back that it’ll have me on bed rest for days at a time due to limited mobility and the mental toll is insane as well. I’ve been crying multiple times a week for months now. I can’t sleep for shit!!! I’ve expressed this to my bosses and there has been no relief…

I’ve expressed this to my bosses and there has been no relief on my workload. I don’t have the means to just up and leave so I feel so stuck. I’ve been putting in applications for a bit but I keep hoping something will change but I need to wake up to the reality of my situation.

I’ve been gaslighting myself into thinking this is normal or this’ll pass bc I don’t know how to find better. The benefits are unbeatable but the pay is low for my area (Northeast). I’m at such a loss.

Am I crazy for thinking this is not normal?
