been at the company for almost 3 yrs, quick turnaround, i'm “praised as the best employee” yet i just found out she shit talked behind my back. i've been telling her for the past 4 months i've been meaning to leave and find another place (keep in mind this is Min. wage job….) and every idea i bring up she shoots it down like “oh no not that place it's so bad….ew don't work there!!,…etc etc…” we've had no asiss. manager for 6 months and we just hired one yet she seems all talk no show yet she's being praised. i told her what i think of her + other coworkers agree and she had these scary eyes telling me “it's ok she'll be great in a month or two, what you don't trust me? you don't trust me? YOU DONT TRUST ME????” like what the fuck? she's had other instances where she takes everything personal…she rants about rude customers and i reassure her like “hey it's ok dot take those customers seriously, take what they say as a grain of salt” then she responds with “oh so i'm worth a grain of salt? great that's nice to hear.” wtf? i just can't. she's stressed all the time and it's not like we all don't offer her help…we DO. i want to leave so bad but don't have another job lined up. i live with parents and don't go to school so would it be bad to be jobless until i find another place ..?
