Been working here for two weeks and I feel like there’s a couple of red flags I can’t ignore anymore. Apparently my hiring managers last week is this week and another employee that’s in charge of a different sector of my department is leaving this week and was only working for the company for two weeks. The person who worked my position before me was only there for a short time as well…
So now the owner asked if I not only can be charge of my department but another part of the department as well thats 2 different job positions together. So now I’m basically working 3 peoples jobs. They told me they were gonna find new hires to replace everyone leaving but they haven’t found anyone.
So far it’s been a hot mess with last minute calls scheduled in and my slack being blown up with messages from team members asking me for help left and right. I wake up and i see slack messages from like 2 AM. Who would’ve thought I would be a Marketing, legal, and tech support. Should I get out right now or stay and try my best because the pay is really good?
