I work at call center for the State of Michigan. We are quite short staffed right now and due to this we are usually really busy for the first 4 and a half hours of the day. My boss just adjusted my break schedule and now I can't take a break until 7:45pm (I start at 3pm). That's 4 hours 45 minutes after I clock in for the day. Is this even legal? Would the UAW have anything to say about this change?
