I was looking for a summer job to be able to pay for myself throughout the college year. The recruiter started with a couple of questions and situation-simulations and then he asked: tell me the reason why we should hire you?
I simply replied: cause it’s a win-win situation for both of us. You get an employee who is willing to work and will put effort to it, and I get to expand my horizons.
