Work & mental Illness: how do I survive?

I have extreme Adhd. I’m more Add than anything but I’ve currently been working at a hardware store for a few months now. I get the Job done. I’m a hard worker. But I’m tired. I work just about 10 different jobs when I’m just supposed to be a cashier. Not only that I have a crazy co worker who is the head cashier. She is constantly on a power trip. I’ve told her time after time that I have ADD & that I cannot manage working the register, stocking shelves, cleaning the area, feeding watering and messing with chickens/ducks (although that’s my favorite part of the job;)), and manage a garden center with around 100-200 plants. We also have to keep up with our bosses other clients who pay him for his other businesses. Not only that but we have to track special orders. All of this is on…

We also have to keep up with our bosses other clients who pay him for his other businesses. Not only that but we have to track special orders. All of this is on my fellow cashier and I. There’s more jobs like dealing with seeds. I can’t manage everything with my adhd. They’re mad at me because I can never find time to water every single plant. Even when it’s not my day I still get blamed. It’s retail so dealing with entitled people is already hard enough without some lady trying to shame you for a job you never asked for.
What am I even going to do with my life if this is bothering me. I’ve had other jobs working in machine shops but nomatter how hard I work all employers see is an idiot. Not a man who’s genuinely struggling to stay in the mental zone. Desperately trying to keep his attention on the Job. They never see that part. They never see the part of me that’s constantly being put down farther and farther just for me to get back up and keep pushing, trying to finish the work day. No they see a punk that doesn’t listen.
I just needed to rant.
