In my experience working with men I've noticed that you guys got it right. I often find myself struggling over things that most guys won't even bat an eye for, like preparing for upcoming tasks, etc. I generally find most men deal with things as they come up and only if they absolutely have to.
I guess we all started out caring but as time progresses you just get that your candle is burning at both ends for little to no compensation.
Granted, I work in a male populated field and maybe that's why men are generally more confident than women.
