So I barely started working at this company call center and during training I’ve been told that if I have to go to the restroom during our work scheduled shifts I would need to make up for that time missing Example: Clock out is at 6:30 so if I go to the restroom for 5 mins I have to make up for them at the end of my shift and clock out at 6:35
Also this are 8 hrs shifts with 2 15 min breaks (not flexible for me but if we get a high volume of calls I will be rescheduled both of the breaks) and 30 min lunch (which can also be rescheduled) should I walk out? Seriously I think thats some horse shit
