What Categories should be established if a labor union were to start in the USA? The idea would be to establish a balance of Employee vs. Employer when creating these points. We need to be fair and there are bad employees out there and there are good employers. Article 1 – PTO (minimum of 10 days after 30 day hired date. An additional 5 days for every year worked up to 5 weeks max. And a 30-day sabbatical every 5th year worked. Maternity and paternity leave 60 days. Article 3 – Owners can not make more that 10 times lowest paid employee.

These are just some ideas. This sub should not only be about exposing bad employers but establishing what we want the future to look like in an organized way.
